No Refunds Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to MemeNova AI, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, unused credits, or change of mind. The only exception is a verified technical billing failure.

1. Subscription Terms

MemeNova AI operates on a strict no-refund policy, similar to OpenAI and other AI service providers. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded except for verified technical billing failures.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to these terms. For any billing concern, contact support first so we can investigate transaction logs before any dispute is raised.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Immediate Service Access: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to AI generation services and computational resources
  • Digital Nature: Our service is entirely digital with instant delivery of features
  • Resource Allocation: Your subscription helps us maintain GPU infrastructure and AI models
  • Fair Usage: Prevents abuse of our systems through purchase-use-refund cycles

3. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

Refund

Refunds are not provided for unused credits, partial months, generation quality, output style, slow responses, or dissatisfaction with results.

4. Technical Exception (Limited)

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of proven technical errors on our end, such as:

  • You were charged but your paid plan access was not activated
  • Duplicate charge for the same purchase due to system malfunction

Note: Technical issues with AI generation quality, speed, or output style do not qualify for refunds. AI outputs are inherently variable and non-deterministic.

5. Request a Technical Review

If you believe you have been charged in error due to a technical malfunction, you may submit a request for review. Our system will automatically verify your claim against our transaction logs.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your MemeNova AI account
  • Permanent ban from future subscriptions
  • Legal action to recover disputed amounts plus fees
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases
